职业道德养成的心理机制初探

Primary Exploration of the Mental Mechanism of the Development of Professional Ethics

对职业道德养成问题的研究中职层次多,高职层次少;宏观研究的多,微观研究的少;尤其是对职业道德养成的心理基础的研究更少。在此基础上,提出心理健康是职业道德养成的个人基础,对职业道德的认同是职业道德养成的标志。

There are more researches on the issue of the development of professional ethics on the secondary vocational level, and less on the higher vocational level and more macrovisuat study and less microscopic study. Especially, there is much less research on the psychological basis of the development of professional ethics. On that basis, it proposes that mental health is the personal basis of the develop- ment of professional ethics and the recognition of the professional ethics is the sign of the development of professional ethics.
