摘要
目的 了解铜针通电与血管内血栓形成的关系。方法 选用大鼠为实验对象 ,分为腹壁浅静脉组、股静脉组。通电时测定电流 ,通电后观察血管内血栓形成情况和血管及其周围组织形态变化。结果 ① 4V直流电形成血栓时对血管损伤最小 ;②电流随通电时间的延长逐渐下降 ,趋向 0 1mA ;③用相同直径的铜针对不同直径的血管通电后 ,血管内血栓形成时间不同。铜针直径与血管直径相近者 (P >0 0 5 ) ,血栓形成的最短时间为 5 5min ,开始出现血管及其周围组织破坏时间为 10 5min ;铜针直径明显小于血管直径者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血栓形成的最短时间为 7 5min ,开始出现血管及其周围组织破坏时间为 17 5min。结论 铜针通电对大鼠静脉血栓形成的最佳条件 :通电电压为 4V直流电 ,血栓形成的时间段为 5 5~ 10 5min或 7 5~ 17 5min。
Objective In order to study the relation between the electric copper needle and venous thrombosis in the rat.Methods 90 rats were divided into two groups,each using either the superficial epigastric vein or the femoral vein for the experiment.The relations of voltage,current,electrifying time and venous thrombosis were studied and the histological changes were observed.Results ①1.4V DC did not damage the vessel nerve.②The current declined with time to 0.1mA.③When the diameters of the copper needle and the vein were similar ( P >0.05),the thrombogenesis time was from 5.5 to 10.5 minutes.When the diameters of the copper needle and the vein were different ( P <0.05),the thrombogenesis time was from 7.5 to 17.5 minutes.Conclusions For the electric copper needle to get ideal treatment,the best voltage is 4V DC for 5.5 to 10.5 minutes or 7.5 to 17.5 minutes.
