The educational scientific research is the core competitiveness of education development and academies construction. As the important carrier of educational research, the construction condition of academic scientific research institutes not only reflects the educational scientific research level, but also influences the long-term development of academies. According to the value and characteristics of educational scientific research institute of military academies, this paper explores the key contradiction that restricting its development, and puts forward some countermeasures to deal this problem as well.
