摘要
分别采用普通热压和喷蒸热压两种热压方法制备了苎麻秆无胶碎料板,并对热压前后碎料的化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,与热压前样品相比,2种热压后的样品中的半纤维素和纤维素均发生了不同程度的降解,但喷蒸热压后的样品降解程度更大,产生的低分子碳水化合物和类似于胶粘剂的成分更多。
Ramie stalk binderless particleboard has been prepared by adopting conventional hot-pressing and steam injection pressing respectively, and ramie stalk particle before and after hot-pressing were analyzed. It was found that compared with the sample before hot-pressing, the hemicelluloses and cellulose of the sample after hot-pressing were hydrolyzed at different degrees, but the sample after steam injection pressing had a higher hydrolysisdegree, so produced more lower molecular carbohydrates and bonding substances.
