欠发展地区旅游区位的渐变与重构——以湖北省恩施州来凤县为例

The Evolvement and Reconstitution of Tourism Location——A Case Study of Laifeng County

针对欠发展地区旅游规划中旅游区位的变化以及影响区位变化的因素等问题进行了探讨。依据旅游区位研究中四个区位断面的理论,以恩施土家族苗族自治州来凤县为例,对该地旅游区位的渐变及引起渐变的诸多因素进行分析,认为,旅游业关联性极强的特点也同样适用于旅游区位的分析,政府发展战略的变化、周边旅游目的地建设情况的改变、交通条件的变化、游客审美和消费趋向的变化都有可能使旅游区位发生渐变与重构。旅游区位发生渐变与重构对中国许多欠发展地区的旅游开发,有较大现实意义。

The study of tourism location is very sophisticated and has been widely used in tourism planning.However,once the location of one destination has been settled in a tourism planning,the strategy of tourism development of this destination has to be made according to the location.This strategy will last for at least 20 years in China.Are there any possibilities that can cause the change of the location？ This study,takes Laifeng County as an example,studies the factors that might cause the evolvement and the reconstitution of the unfavorable tourism location.Kaifeng,a remote country of Enshi Tu and Miao autonomous Region,Hubei Provence,is a typical unfavorable tourism location area according to its master tourism planning made in 2001.This study compares the data in the master planning with the data collected in the field trip in the summer of 2008,finds out the critical factors which caused the evolvement of the tourism location of Laifeng County.Based on the analysis,the study comes to the conclusion that the tourism location is not always invariable;there are many factors which could possibly trigger the evolvement and the reconstitution of the location.
