摘要 CbrA-CbrB(catabolic regulation)是一种介导信号传递的二元调控系统,CbrA-CbrB与其他调控系统形成相互依赖、逐级调节的严格的调控网络,尤其是与NtrB-NtrC(nitrogen assimilation)偶联,精确地调节自身的代谢、生理和行为来适应复杂的外界环境,在微生物适应环境的过程中起着重要的调控作用。本文对假单胞菌中CbrA-CbrB的结构、功能和可能的作用机制作了简单的综述。 A two-component system, CbrA-CbrB ( catabolic _regulation), was discovered as an signal-transduction system. CbrA- CbrB forms networks with other regulation systems that involve more than one system, especially couples with the NtrB-NtrC (nitrogen assimilation), and shows dependencies and hierarchies, which makes it easily adapt very complex processes and plays an important role in the process of microbial adaptation to the environment. In this article, we have tried to bring together information to give a broad perspective of CbrA-CbrB proteins' structure and function and the possible mechanism in Pseudomonas.
