依帕司他治疗三叉神经痛的疗效观察

目的：评价依帕司他治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效.方法：将31例三叉神经痛患者与同期入院的三叉神经痛患者,进行临床对照研究,疗程21天.采用0～10数字强度分级法对疼痛的疗效进行评估,取治疗前后的差值作为疼痛的改善值.结果：①依帕司他对三叉神经痛的缓解明显有效（p＜0.05）.②对合并糖尿病的三叉神经痛改善更显著（p＜0.05）.结论：依帕司他治疗治疗三叉神经痛是有效的,特别是合并糖尿病的患者.

Objective： To access the efficacy of Epalrestat in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia pain. Methods：31 patients were received Epalrestat for 21 days and compared other group. 0-- 10 Numeric Pain Intensity Scale is using to assess the efficacy of pain. Check the difference before and after treatment as the improvement of pain. Results： Epalrestat is effective for trigeminal neuralgia pain（p〈0.05）, Pain of diabetes mellitus was more effective（p〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The results suggest that Epalrestat was effective for trigeminal neuralgia patients.
