心率变异性研究中自主神经系统的小波变换分析方法

摘要 本文利用小波变换方法对心率变异性 (HRV)信号进行研究 ,有效地排除了非分析因素的干扰 ,取得了较常规方法具有描述特性的时域分析结果和更加准确的频域分析效果。并提取出对于心率变异性研究具有重要价值的超低频部分分量 ,这部分信号分量利用常规滤波方法是难以取得的 ,而对于这部分成分与生理变化之间关系的研究又是目前医学界进行心率变异性分析的重要课题。 In this paper, the properties of wavelet transform is used to study the heart rate variability.Comparerd with conventional methods,the wavelet based HRV analysis is more accurate in frequency domain and has higher time-frequency resulotion.Meanwhile, the lowest components of HRV can also be extracted,which is valuable in HRT analysis .These components are very diffcult to be obtained by tranditional filtering methods but is more important in physiological and medical research.
