摘要
当前中小学教师培训在目标、内容和方式等方面仍存在问题。在新形势下可采取培训目标人本化、培训内容综合化、培训模式分层化、培训方式多样化等对策,为中小学教师提供方便、灵活、个性化的学习机会,提高培训质量,促进教师专业发展。
At present,there still exist problems in the establishment of the objectives,content and modes in the training of primary and middle school teachers.In the new period,such measures as humanistic objectives,integrative training content,tiered-training models,and various training modes can be taken with a view to creating convenient,flexible,and individualized learning opportunities for primary and middle school teachers,improving training quality,and enhancing teachers' professional development.
