经尿道裸光纤接触式激光前列腺切除术的动物实验与临床疗效观察

Transurethral prostatectomy by using bare light fiber contact laser

目的 用 ND YAG激光 ,无宝石探头 ,直接用裸光纤行经尿道前列腺切除手术。方法 采用裸光纤接触式激光临床治疗前列腺增生患者 30例。结果 90 0 %的患者术后疗效满意 ,排尿恢复正常者 76 6% ,明显改善者 1 3 3%。结论 经尿道裸光纤接触式激光前列腺切除术疗效肯定 ,降低了手术费用 ,便于普及。

Transurethral prostatectomy was performed by using ND YAG bare light fiber laser(without diamond probe) were observed.Methods The vaporization and cutting effect of the laser were proved by the animal experiment on 9 dogs. The depth of penetrating tissue was 5 mm shallower and the prostatectomy was more accuracy with lighter trauma of the periphrol tissues. 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with this method.Results The satisfactory results were obtained in 90.0% cases, with 76.7% normal urination and objective improment of 13.3%. Conclusions The transurethral prostatectomy by using bare light fiber contact laser is an effective method for the inanagement of diseased prostates.
