糖尿病神经并发症与年龄的关系

The relationship of diabetic neuropathy and the age of the patients

目的 探讨糖尿病神经并发症与年龄的关系。方法 对 90例糖尿病患者按年龄分组和同一病程年龄分组 ,进行上肢和下肢体感诱发电位检查 ,观察各年龄组神经并发症的发病率和年龄与并发症发病率关系。结果 糖尿病并发神经系统病变的发病率为 75 6% ;其中 60岁以上组发病率为 92 0 % ,2 0～ 2 9岁组为 40 0 % ,两组间差异显著 (P<0 0 1 )。结论 糖尿病并发神经病变的发病率与年龄密切相关 ,患者年龄越大并发症发病率越高。

To explore the relationship between the diabetic neuropathy and the age of patients.Methods 90 cases diagnosed as diabetes were divided into different age groups, and compared with the control groups.Somatic evoked potentials were examined on the upper limbs and lower limbs of the patients. The sick rate of diabetic neuropathy in different age groups were compared with the controls.Results The sick rate of diabetic neuropathy was 75.6% and the sick rate of ≥60 year old group was 92% with significant difference of 40% in the 20～29 year old group (P<0 01) . In addition to the effect of the course of the disease, there was close relationship between the sick rate of diabetic neuropathy and the age of patients. The older patients, the higher rate of complications (P<0 02) .Conclusions There is close relationship between diabetic neuropathy and the age of patients and the older patients, the higher the rate of complications.
