米非司酮联合利凡诺尔终止中期妊娠的临床观察

The clinical observation of mifepristone combined with rivanol in second trimester termination

目的观察米非司酮联合利凡诺尔在中期妊娠引产中的临床效果。方法将80例要求终止妊娠的中期妊娠患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。观察组羊膜腔注射利凡诺尔100mg,同时顿服米非司酮200mg。对照组单用利凡诺尔100mg羊膜腔注射。观察两组引产效果。结果利凡诺尔联合米非司酮组在减轻疼痛、缩短产程、减少出血、降低清宫率等方面明显优于单纯应用利凡诺尔组。结论利凡诺尔和米非司酮在中期妊娠引产中具有协同作用,可减轻痛苦,缩短产程,减少产后出血,减少胎盘、胎膜残留,降低清宫率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with rivanol in second trimester termination.Methods Amniotic injection of 100 mg rivanol is performed and at the same time,200 mg mifepristone is taken as the observation group.Amniotic injection of 100 mg rivanol alone as the control group.Results The observation group who benefited in reducing pain,shortening labor,reducing bleeding,reducing the rates of uterine evacuation was so much better than the control group.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with rivanol are synergetic,they can relieve pain,shorten labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the retention of placenta tissue and deciduas,and lastly lower the rate of uterine evacuation.
