与自然吸气式发动机相比,增压型发动机在其结构和尺寸不变的情况下,功率和扭矩可提高20%-50%.如排量是1.8L的涡轮增压型发动机,其功率接近甚至超过了2.4L的自然吸气式发动机,(与2.4L自然吸气式发动机相比)油耗明显降低,污染物排放也显著减少。
The charging Technology is a means to utilize the energy, to save the energy and to reduce the emission.This paper has discussed the structure characteristics,working principle,advantages and disadvantages and the applications of the Turbocharging,Supercharging,Variable Geometry Turbocharging,Twin Turbocharging and the Turbocharging+Supercharging technologies.This paper has also pointed out the development direction of the future charging technology.
