摘要
汽车插接器的电气连接元件端子依靠塑料护套进行固持和定位。一般是通过弹性结构的弹性变形,实现端子和护套的装配,装配到位后弹性结构还原实现护套对端子的定位。分析了端子和护套配合常见弹性结构的结构特点、材料选择、优缺点等。
Automotive connector's electrical connection component terminals are fixed and positioned on the plastic housing. Through the elastic deformation of the elastic structure, realized of terminal and housing assembly, after assembly of elastic structure reduction, the terminal positioning on housing was achieved. The characteristics of common elastic structure of assembling the terminal and housing, material selection, advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.
