通孔刀具的设计应用特别讲究,不同的设计方案对加工成本、质量的控制的影响非常大。根据孔径的大小,设计不同结构的刀具,减少刀具数量,使加工成本降到最低。

Special care was studied for the through-hole cutter design application, and the process cost and mass controlling effected very big by the different design plan. According to the size of aperture, the cutters with unlike structures were designed. The quantity of cutter was cut down, and process cost made low to minimum.
