中医脉象仪加压检测方法的研究初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨压力式脉象传感器正向加压法和反向加压法两种脉象检测方法对于测试结果的影响。方法:利用ZM-Ⅲc型脉象仪对于同一组受试者分别进行反向加压与正向加压两种方法进行操作测试,通过对两种不同方法下所加压力漂移值大小的对比,以及最佳取脉压力下各脉图参数的对比,比较两种方法的优劣。结果:正向加压法和反向加压法所产生的压力漂移值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种方法最佳取脉压力下,各幅值参数除去h1外,其余P值均大于0.05,差异无统计学意义;脉象主峰波h1测量结果有影响(P<0.05);两种测量方法下脉搏波时间参数的变化情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:反向加压测试方法更稳定,有利于脉象测量结果的正确性。 Objective: To measure pressure which was taken to reverse the method and the positive pressure pulse method with the pressure pulse sensor for the comparative experiments for the test results. Methods: ZM-Ⅲc-type pulse instrument for the same group of subjects’ pulse information was tested by two ways, the positive and reverse pressure to operate. Under the two different methods increase the size of the contrast value of the pressure shift, and the best to take the pulse pressure pulse parameters of contrast, compare the pros and cons of both approaches. Results:The two methods of positive pressure and the reverse pressure generated by the pressure shift value P0.05, significant difference; two ways to best take the pulse pressure amplitude parameters to remove the h1, the remaining p-values are greater than 0.05, no significant difference; h1 pulse wave measured peak impact (P0.05); two measurements under the pulse wave changes in the parameters of time no significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: The reverse pressure test is more stable and conducive to the accuracy of pulse measurements.
