摘要 近年来的大量研究表明,某些外在因素或药物可以活化各种肿瘤所表达的肾上腺素能受体进而通过一定的信号转导通路引发一系列的后续效应,从而调节肿瘤的发生发展。这有助于进一步了解肿瘤的发展机制,同时也为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的靶向。 Recent studies have demonstrated that some external factors or drugs can activate adrenergic receptors expressed on all kinds of tumors, and this activation can cause a series of subsequent effect through some certain signalling pathways, which can finally affect the formation and progression of tumors. These underlying mechanisms can help us a further comprehension about the progression of tumor, and provides some promising therapeutic targets for tumors.
