输尿管镜下超声气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石113例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 113 Cases of Urinary Calculi under Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy with Ultrasonic and Pneumatic Lithotripter

目的:总结输尿管镜下超声气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的经验与体会。方法:回顾性分析2009年3月-2010年10月笔者所在医院采用EMS第三代超声气压弹道碎石机治疗的113例输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果:113例患者中,111例首次手术成功清除结石,2例不成功病例术后辅以ESWL治愈。首次手术成功率为98.2%,手术时间30～80min,平均45min,术中无严重并发症发生。术后2～6d出院,平均4d。术后随访3个月,无明显并发症发生。结论:输尿管镜下超声气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有疗效确切、损伤小、恢复快等优点,是临床上治疗输尿管结石的第一选择。

Objective：To conclude the experiences and realize of ureteroscopic lithotripsy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter for treatment of urinary calculi.Methods：Clinical data of 113 cases with urinary calculi under ureteroscopic lithotripsy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter were analyzed retrospectively from March 2009 to October 2010 in our hospital.Results：Among the 113 cases,111 cases were cured under ureteroscopic lithotripsy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter,2 cases required ESWL treatment after first stage surgery.The achievement ratio was 98.2% in first stage,operation time was 30-80 min（mean 45 min）,and no major complication was noted.The postoperative hospitalization time was 2-6 d（mean 4 d）.There were followed-up for 3 months,and no severe complication was found.Conclusion：Ureteroscopic lithotripsy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter has the advantages of efficacy for the treatment,less injury and rapid recovered time,and it is an important choice for the treatment of urinary calculi.
