有效预防便秘对肛瘘术后患者的效果观察

The Effective Observation in the Postoperative Patients with Anal Fistula after the Prevention of Constipation

目的:探讨除常规护理外,再给予有效预防便秘护理对肛瘘患者术后的健康愈合的效果。方法:将2008年6月-2011年5月垫江县中医院收治的150例肛瘘术后患者,随机分成试验组(常规护理+有效预防便秘护理)、对照组(常规护理)各75例,经过护理,对平均住院天数、平均住院费用和感觉度进行观察分析。结果:试验组的平均住院天数、平均住院费用和感觉痛苦均明显低于对照组,试验组的感觉舒适明显高于对照组。结论:对肛瘘术后患者,在常规护理的基础上,加上有效预防便秘护理能够明显节约花费,缩短住院时间,并能够明显减少患者痛苦,对健康愈合具有极其重大作用,值得普遍推广。

Objective：In addition to routine nursing care of,to give effective prevention of constipation nursing care on the postoperative patients with anal fistula Healthy Healing Effect.Methods：Dianjiang County Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2008 to May 2011,150 cases of anal fistula patients after operation of anal fistula,were randomly divided into experimental group（conventional care and effectively prevent constipation Nursing）and control group（conventional care）,75 cases,for the average length of hospital stay,the average hospitalization expenses and the feeling of observation and analysis.Results：In the test group the average length of hospital stay,the average hospitalization expenses and feel pain were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion：On the basis of conventional nursing,and the effective prevention of constipation nursing care on the postoperative patients with anal fistula can significantly save costs and the cost of saving time,and can obviously reduce the pain of patients,on the healthy healing has the extremely significant effect,is worth spreading.
