164例偏头痛患者经颅多普勒检测及分析

Transcranial Doppler Detection and Analysis for 164 Cases of Migraine Patients

目的:归纳偏头痛患者脑血流变化、颅普形态,协助临床诊断分型和治疗。方法:运用TCD检测164例偏头痛患者的脑血流,观察其血流速度、频谱特征,并进行对比分析。结果:典型偏头痛发作期,多数患者大脑动脉都有血流速度明显加快、不对称及血管杂音和颅普形态改变等表现;也有小部分患者表现为脑血流速度降低。结论:彩色经颅多普勒对偏头痛的诊断、分型及临床用药、疗效的评价均提供了客观依据。

Objective ：To induce cerebral blood flow change and cranial general form of migraine patients, and assist classification and treatment of clinical diagnosis. Methods ： We measure the cerebral blood flow by adopting transcranial color doppler （TCD）for 164 cases of migraine patients to observe their blood flow velocity and spectrum characteristics. The observed data was also compared and analyzed.Result ： When a typical of migraine outbreaks, most of patients＇cerebra artery blood flow velocity increased significantly, asymmetric and vascular murmurs and cranial general form change performance. But the cerebral blood flow reduced for a small group of the patients.Concluslon ： The use of transcranial color doppler can provide the objective basis for migraine diagnosis, classification, clinical pharmacy and the evaluation of treatment response.
