三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗宫颈癌110例临床护理体会

The Clinical Care of 110 Cases of Cervical Cancer with the Treatment of Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy with Concurrent Chemotherapy

目的:探讨三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗宫颈癌110例临床护理。方法:本实验选取2009年7月-2011年11月笔者所在科室治疗的宫颈癌患者220例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(临床护理路径组)110例和对照组(常规护理组)110例,统计及比较各组患者的不良反应、住院天数、对相关知识的掌握、依从性和满意度情况。结果:治疗组患者的不良反应、住院天数、对相关知识的掌握、依从性和满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用临床护理路径方法在三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗宫颈癌患者的临床护理效果好,提高了患者的生活质量及满意度,减少了不良反应及并发症,因此建议在宫颈癌患者中广泛使用。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical care of 110 cases of cervical cancer with the treatment of Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy.Methods ：220 cases in my department for treatment of cervical cancer patients from August 2010 to November 2011 were chosen as the research object.All patients were divided into 110 cases of disruption of the treatment group （clinical care pathway group） and 110 cases of the control group （usual care）.The adverse reactions, length of stay, the mastery of knowledge, compliance and satisfaction with the situation for each group of patients were taken for statistics and comparison.Results ：The adverse reactions, length of stay, the mastery of knowledge, compliance and satisfaction in the treatment group were better than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The clinical care path method in three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy is effective in the clinical care of patients with cervical cancer.It can improve the quality of life and patients＇ satisfaction, reduce the risk of adverse reactions and complications, and it is proposed to widely used in patients with cervical cancer.
