配制抗肿瘤药物的新方法

目的:减少在配制抗肿瘤药物时药液的弥散、外渗及滴漏。方法:分两组采用不同的方法各配制化疗药物100次。结果:采用方法二配制化疗药物时药液弥散、外漏及滴漏的发生率明显低于方法一,方法一:配药时造成药物弥散100%,更换补液时造成药液外渗和滴漏15%。方法二:配药时造成药物弥散5%,更换补液时造成药液外渗和滴漏5%。结论:采用新方法配制抗肿瘤药物,可有效的加强自我防护及患者和家属的防护,减少对空气,环境污染,减少药液浪费,保证药液的剂量。
