中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis on treating periappendiceal abscess in the integrative medicine

目的:对阑尾周围脓肿使用中西医结合治疗方法进行治疗,并对临床疗效进行分析。方法:选取31名阑尾周围脓肿,其中12名患者接受传统西医治疗方法进行治疗,作为对照组,剩余的19名患者使用中西医结合的治疗方法进行治疗,作为观察组。使用SPSS统计学软件对每组患者的治疗情况进行统计学分析。结果:对照组有效率为66.67%,观察组有效率为94.74%。两组患者的疗效经SPSS统计学软件处理后得出P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:使用中西医结合的治疗方法对阑尾周围脓肿进行治疗,可以取得很好的临床疗效。

Objective： Periappendiceal abscess were treated in integrative medicine,analyzing the clinical efficacy of this method.Methods： 31 cases were selected,the control group（12 cases） was treated in western medicine,the observation group（19 cases） was treated in integrative medicine.Each group was statistically analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Results： The effective rate was 66.67% in the control group and 94.74% in the observation group.The efficacy of the two groups were drawn by the SPSS statistical software（P0.05）,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion： Integrative medicine achieved a good clinical efficacy in treating periappendiceal abscess.
