中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating angina pectoris in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察。方法:对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规西医治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。结果:采用中西医结合治疗的治疗组的临床疗效总有效率为93.8%,明显优于单用西药治疗的对照组总有效率74.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外治疗组的心电图疗效总有效率为为91.7%,明显优于对照组总有效率70.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,安全性高且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： Exploring clinical efficacy of treating angina pectoris in the integrative msdicine.Methods： The control group was given conventional treatment;the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment in the control group was given herbal treatment.Results： The total effective rate was 93.8% in treatment group,obviously better than the rate 74.5% in the control group,compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;ECG efficacy of the treatment group the total effective rate was 91.7%,obviously better than the rate 70.2% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Treating angina pectoris in the integrative medicine is effective,safe and non-toxic side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
