应用表面肌电图评价针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究

Evaluating clinical application of acupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis using surface EMG

目的:本研究对147例周围性面瘫患者进行表面肌电图检测,探讨表面肌电图是否可用于周围性面瘫的评价及与H-B量表的相关性。方法:对发病在7天内的周围性面瘫患者分别在针灸治疗前后进行表面肌电图检测与H-B量表评分,然后将二者进行比较,分析两种评价方法的差异及相关性。结果:表面肌电图与H-B量表对面瘫程度评价的比较,未见显著性差异,二者相关性高,呈负相关。结论:表面肌电图检测可作为评价周围性面瘫的一种方法。

Objective： In this study,147 cases of peripheral facial paralysis in patients with surface EMG,to investigate whether the surface EMG could be used for the evaluation of peripheral facial paralysis and the scale correlation of surface EMG and the H-B.Methods： Onset within 7 days of patients with Surface EMG and the H-B scale scores,before and after the acupuncture treatment,the both was compared and analyzed the differences and the correlation of the two evaluation methods.Results： Two ways no significant difference,correlation,negative correlation.Conclusion： A method of surface EMG as an evaluation of peripheral facial paralysis.
