中药组方紫芩口腔护理液治疗恶性肿瘤口腔溃疡的护理观察与临床效果

Nursing and clinical observation of treating malignant oral ulcers with the TCD purple baicalensis oral care liquid

目的:探讨中药组方紫芩口腔护理液治疗恶性肿瘤口腔溃疡的护理观察与临床效果。方法:将我科恶性肿瘤并发口腔溃疡的病人60例,随机分为两组,对照组采用0.02%呋喃西林液含漱后将锡类散涂于溃疡面,观察组在此基础上加用紫芩口腔护理液棉球和生理盐水棉球进行口腔护理,并观察比较二组口腔护理前后的细菌培养及临床疗效。结果:二组比较,差异具有极显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药组方紫芩口腔护理液治疗恶性肿瘤口腔溃疡方面,效果优于。促进口腔溃疡早期愈合,提高恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量。
