某院中药处方调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of a hospital of TCM prescription

目的:了解某院中医处方书写质量,分析处方中常见的质量问题,促进处方书写规范化、标准化,推动临床合理用药,使药剂调剂更准确,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全。方法:随机抽取2010年中药处方5000张,进行分析统计。结果:处方存在前记不完整,字迹潦草,药名书写不规范,省略脚注等方面一些问题。结论:应加大《处方管理办法》的实施力度.加强处方的监督检查,提高处方质量,以确保中药临床应用安全有效。

Objective： To understand the prescriptions in a hospital in the quality of writing,analysis of prescription quality problems,and promote the standardization of prescription writing,standardization,and promote the rational clinical use of drugs,Pharmacy transfers more accurately,improve quality of care to ensure medical safety.Methods： 5000 random sample of 2010 Chinese medicine prescription,for statistical analysis.Results： The prescription exists in mind incomplete,illegible,write name of the drug is not standardized,omit the footnotes and other aspects of some of the problems.Conclusion： We should increase efforts to the implementation of the prescription management.Strengthen the prescription of supervision and inspection to improve prescription quality,to ensure the safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine clinical application.
