临床护理路径在膝痹症健康教育中的应用及效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:将临床护理路径应用于膝痹症的健康教育中,实行每日有计划,使病人能掌握有效的健康教育,并参与到治疗当中,缩短了住院日期,降低了住院费用,增强患者满意度。方法:将2010年6~12月收治的100例膝痹症患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组40例,对照组按传统常规健康教育进行,观察组除按常规实施健康教育外,根据临床路径的内容给予适时,准确的健康教育,观察两组患者的健康知识的掌握及满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者对疾病的认识程度增加,能主动参与到治疗当中,对健康知识的掌握及对护理人员的满意度提高。缩短了住院日期。结论:有计划按步骤的健康教育,大大提高了患者对疾病的认识,通过实施有计划的健康教育,缩短了住院日期,降低了住院费用,提高了患者的满意度。 Objective: Clinical care path was used in the health education of the knee arthralgia.Methods: From June 2010 to December 2010,100 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(60 cases) and the control group(40 cases),the control group was given conventional health education,the observation group was given timely and accurate health education according to clinical path besides conventional health education,observing the mastery and satisfaction of health knowledge in the two groups.Results: awareness of the disease was increased in the observation group,grasp of the health knowledge and satisfactions of nurses were increased as well.Conclusion: Health education was necessary.
