自拟鼓胀方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水效果观察

Efficacy observation of the Guzhang recipe on treating hepatitis B with cirrhosis and ascites

目的:观察自拟鼓胀方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法:将在本院接受中医自拟鼓胀方治疗的43例乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水作为观察组,将同期在本院接受常规西药治疗的45例患者作为对照组,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组显效率与总有效率均显著优于对照组P<0.01;观察组治疗后各项肝功能指标、HBsAg、HBeAg及HBV-DNA改善情况均明显优于对照组P<0.05。结论:自拟鼓胀方具有改善肝功能、有效消退肝腹水、预防肝纤维化及有效抑制HBV等作用,可于治疗中推广应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of the Guzhang recipe on treating hepatitis B with cirrhosis and ascites.Methods：43 cases of hepatitis B with cirrhosis and ascites were treated as observation group that accepted the Chinese self bulging treatment in in our hospital,45 cases of patients receiving conventional western medicine in our hospital as control group,compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results：The observation group efficiency and the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group,P0.01;the observation group after treatment,liver function indicators of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV-DNA to improve the situation significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The recipe of Guzhang has improved liver function,effective eliminate of ascites and prevention of liver fibrosis,and effective inhibition of HBV and other role,it can application in the treatment.
