加味金匮肾气汤治疗糖尿病肾病的病例观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic nephropathy with the Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi decoction

目的:观察加味金匮肾气汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效,为临床工作提供参考。方法:选择我院2009年12月～2010年11月收治的糖尿病肾病患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。全部患者均给予常规综合治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予加味金匮肾气汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者24h尿蛋白定量、肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)等水平的差异。结果:与对照组比较,观察组24h尿蛋白定量、Scr、BUN均较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味金匮肾气汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病,可以取得较满意的临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods：70 cases from December 2009 to November 2010 were randomly divided into the,bservation group and the control group,35 for each.All patients were given conventional treatment;the observation group was given the Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi decoction besides,observing and comparing the differences of 24h urinary protein,creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN） level in two groups.Results：24h urinary protein excretion,Scr and BUN were lower in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion：the Jiawei Jinkui Shenqi decoction had good efficacy in treating diabetic nephropathy,worthy of clinical use.
