颈腰痛消汤抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

The experimental study of inflammatory and analgesic effects of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction

目的:研究颈腰痛消汤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症和蛋清致大鼠足跖炎症方法,观察颈腰痛消汤的抗炎作用;采用醋酸致痛及热致痛模型,观察颈腰痛消汤的镇痛作用。结果:颈腰痛消汤可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症反应的肿胀度,减轻蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀度,显著减少醋酸致痛时小鼠扭体反应数,明显提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈值。结论:颈腰痛消汤具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective：To investigate the anti-inflammation and analgesic actions of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction.Methods：To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction,using acetic acid-induced pain and thermal hyperalgesia model,observing the analgesic effect of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction.Results：The Jingyao Tongxiao decoction could reduce the swelling of ear inflammation reaction of mice caused by xylene,mitigate swelling of rat paw caused by egg white,significantly reduce the acetic acid-induced pain in mice writhing number,increased the pain threshold of thermally induced pain in mice.Conclusion：The Jingyao Tongxiao decoction had the power of inflammatory and analgesic.
