针灸治疗外周神经病性疼痛48例临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis on treating 48 cases of peripheral neuropathic pain with acupuncture

目的:应用针灸治疗糖尿病多发性外周神经病性疼痛,观察其临床疗效。方法:48例糖尿病多发性神经病疼痛的患者按就诊先后顺序分为两组,两组患者一般资料经统计学分析无显著差异,具有可比性。治疗24例予针灸治疗,对照组24例常规药物治疗。结果:对两组疗效进行对比,治疗组的有效率为95.83%,对照组的有效率为66.67%,两者比较差异有显著意义。结论:针灸治疗糖尿病多发性神经病疼痛疗效显著。

Objective：Acupuncture was applied to treat diabetes multiple peripheral neuropathic pain,observing the clinical effects.Methods：48 cases were divided into two groups in accordance with the treatment order.The general information of the two groups by statistical analysis was no significant differences.The treated group（24 cases） was treated with acupuncture;the control group was given conventional drug therapy.Results：The total effective was 95.83% in the treated group,66.67% in the control group,differences was significant.Conclusion：Acupuncture was effective in treating diabetic polyneuropathy pain.
