益气活血,温阳利水法配合西医治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭50例

Treating 50 cases of chronic congestive heart failure by the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui plus western medicine

目的:观察益气活血,温阳利水法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:50例患者随机分为2组。治疗组25例,在西医常规治疗上加用自拟益气活血,温阳利水方;对照组25例,西医常规治疗。观察两组患者的临床症状改变。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后心功能EF改善高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血,温阳利水法,可缓解临床症状,改善心功能的作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui in treating chronic congestive heart failure.Methods：50 cases were randomly and averagely divided into two groups;the treated group was treated by the method of the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui on the basis of conventional western medicine;the control group was treated in conventional western medicine.Observing the changes in clinical symptoms in two groups.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate of the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group,differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;The improvement of cardiac function EF in the treated group was higher than that in the control group,differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of the Yiqi Huoxue,Wenyang Lishui could relieve symptoms,improve cardiac function.
