浅谈中药二联疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎

Treating knee osteoarthritis in TCM

目的:观察中药二联疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用内服六味地黄丸和桃仁四物汤配合外用二草二皮汤的方法,治疗两周为一个疗程。结果:本组120例,治疗4～5个疗程,结果优99例,占82.5%;良9例,占7.5%;可8例。占6.7%;差4例,占3.3%;总有效率为96.7%。结论:中药治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating knee osteoarthritis in TCM.Methods：Oral Liuwei Dihuang pills pills and Taoren Siwu decoction with topical Eecao Erpi decoction,for 2 weeks as a course.Results：120 patients were treated in 4-5 courses,the results are that excellent in 99 cases,accounting for 82.5%;good in 9 cases,accounting for 7.5%;medium in 8 cases,accounting for 6.7%,poor in 4 cases,accounting for3.3%,the total effective rate was 96.7%.Conclusion：Treating knee osteoarthritis in TCM,the results were satisfactory.
