中西医结合治疗小腿筋膜间室综合征56例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 56 cases of compartment syndrome of the leg fascia in the integrative medicine

目的:中西医结合治疗小腿筋膜室综合征的效果。方法:56例小腿筋膜室综合征,采取中西医结合疗法,即早期20%的甘露醇快速静滴,同时适当使用低分子右旋糖酐及抗生素;早期切开减张术;中药以桃红四物汤加味。结果:该56例小腿筋膜室综合征通过中西医结合疗法均取得了满意的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating compartment syndrome of the leg fascia.Methods：56 cases were treated in integrative medicine,Early 20% mannitol rapid IVI,low molecular weight dextran and antibiotics were use appropriately.Conclusion：The effects of integrative medicine were satisfied.
