疏肝益脾生肌汤治疗消化性溃疡100例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 100 cases of peptic ulcer with the Shugan Yipi Shengji decoction

目的:观察疏肝益脾生肌汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将160例消化性溃疡病人随机分为治疗组100例和对照组60例,治疗组用疏肝益脾生肌汤治疗,对照组用奥美拉唑、丙谷胺等治疗,均1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:疏肝益脾生肌汤治疗消化性溃疡具有较佳疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating peptic ulcer with the Shugan Yipi Shengji decoction.Methods：160 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into treatment group（100） and control group（60）,the Shugan Yipi Shengji decoction was given treatment group,and the omeprazole,proglumide was given control group,they are a month for a course,statistical efficacy after three course of treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 95.00% in treatment group,76.67% of the total effective rate of the control group,total effective rate difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating peptic ulcer with Shugan Yipi Shengji decoction hefave a good effect.
