摘要
以约氏疟原虫—斯氏按蚊系统为模型,对感染疟原虫后不同时期蚊媒的可溶性蛋白和酯酶同工酶进行了初步研究。结果表明,在所观察的大多数时期,每只蚊的平均可溶性蛋白含量低于同期对照蚊(P<0.01);感染疟原虫后,酯酶同工酶谱发生改变,同时酶活力亦存在差异(P<0.05)。
In this paper, the system of Anopheles stephensi and Plasmodium yoelii yoelii was used as animal model. The soluble protein and esterasc isozymes of adult female mosr quitoes at various times after taking noninfected and plasmodia-infected blood meal were investigated.The result shows that the amount of soluble protein in plasmodia-infected mosquitoes was lower than that in noninfected ones (P<0.01); the activity and electrophoretic patterns of EST in infected mosquitoes being also different from those of the noninfected ones.
