神经肽Y(NPY)在中枢和外周神经系统的神经组织中合成,除了调节食欲和能量的平衡,还具有许多重要功能。本文对NPY通过其受体介导,作用于脂肪细胞,促进脂肪细胞增殖和分化的机制研究情况作一简要的概述。

Neuropeptide Y （NPY） is synthesized in neural tissue of the central and peripheral nervous systems and has a number of important functions besides regulating appetite and energy homeostasis. This article will expatiate the mechanisms which NPY play a role in adipocytes and promote adipoeytes differentiation and proliferation by neuropeptide Y receptors.
