退变性椎间盘疾病的遗传学研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 退变性椎间盘疾病(degenerative disc disease)是以椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration)为基本病理基础而引起的,包括颈椎病、椎间盘突出症、椎间盘源性疼痛、椎管狭窄症、脊柱节段不稳、退变性脊柱侧弯症及脊柱滑脱症等一系列临床脊柱疾患。近年来,越来越多的研究结果表明,遗传因素在椎间盘退变的过程中发挥了较为重要的作用[1]。目前研究已经发现的遗传因素中与椎间盘退变相关的基因位点概括起来主要包括以下三类:①与椎间盘稳定性相关的基因;
