目的:通过对川南地区不孕不育妇女TORCH检查结果统计分析,探讨TORCH检测项目的开展在辅助生殖技术领域的必要性。方法:采用胶体金法对2008年1月～2011年12月间不孕不育妇女血清进行TORCH-IgM定性检测。结果:TOX-IgM,RV-IgM,CMV-IgM,HSVⅡ-IgM阳性率分别为0.72%、1.38%、1.86%、2.58%,TOX病毒感染阳性率与其他三种病毒阳性率存在统计学差异(P<0.05);TORCH病毒检测群体感染统计,25～29岁感染率较高。结论:TORCH检查结果对不孕不育诊疗有积极的指导性意义。

Objective：To explore the necessity of TORCH test items in the field of assisted reproductive technology by statistical analysis of TORCH test results in southern infertile women. Methods：We detected the TORCH-IgM from Jan 2008 to Dec 2011, serum samples were tested by colloidal gold.Results：The IgM positive rates of TOX, RV, CMV and HSV II were 0.72%, 1.38%, 1.86% and 2.58%.There is a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）in the infection positive rate between TOX virus and the other three viruses, and all of TORCH virus have high infection rate in 25-29year old.Conclusion：TORCH test results have a positive guiding significance to infertility treatment.
