中医护理对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing to Improve Quality of life for Patients with Breast Cancer after Operation

目的:探讨中医护理对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,将80例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和试验组(常规护理+中医护理),每组40例,比较2组患者在术后第2月末的生活质量。结果:试验组患者生理状况、情感状况、功能状况维度及总分均高于对照的,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理能提高乳腺癌患者术后的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to improve the quality of life for patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods：In this prospective study, 80 patients were randomly divided into control group （routine nursing） and experimental group （routine nursing ＋ traditional Chinese medicine nursing） , 40 patients each. To compare the quality of life in the end of the second month.Results：The scores of the experimental group in physical well-being area, emotional well-being area , functional well-being area and total areas were higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine nursing could improve the quality of life for patients with breast cancer after operation.
