加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染临床对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效,探讨加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床意义及实用性。方法:将170例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组各85例,观察组给予加替沙星静脉滴注治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星静脉滴注治疗,观察两组临床疗效、细菌清除率、不良反应及效果-成本分析情况,并进行对比分析。结果:两组临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组C/E值低于对照组。结论:加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效相当,均具有疗效好、细菌清除率高、不良反应少等优点。但加替沙星治疗效果-成本较低,更容易被临床医师及广大患者接受,是目前下呼吸道感染治疗的一种较佳药物,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To observe the the clinical efficacy of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection,to explore the the clinical significance and usefulness of gatifloxacin on lower respiratory tract infections.Method: 170 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 85 cases in each group.The observation group was given intravenous infusion of gatifloxacin treatment,and the control group was given intravenous infusion of levofloxacin treatment,clinical efficacy,bacterial eradication rate,adverse reactions and effects-cost analysis were observed and comparatively analyzed.Result: The clinical efficacy,bacterial eradication rates and adverse reactions of the two groups showed no significant difference(P0.05);the C / E value of the observation group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion: Gatifloxacin and levofloxacin have similar efficacy in the treatment of on lower respiratory tract infections,all have good efficacy,higher bacterial eradication rate,fewer adverse reactions.But gatifloxacin has lower treatment-cost and is easier to clinicians and the majority of patients,which is a better drug to treat on lower respiratory tract infections and worthy of clinical use.
