舍曲林联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆治疗早泄的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Sertraline Combined with Tetracaine Hydrochboride Mucilage on Premature Ejaculation

目的:观察舍曲林联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆治疗早泄的疗效。方法:选取泌尿外科早泄患者94例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用行为疗法治疗,治疗组采用舍曲林与盐酸丁卡因胶浆联合治疗。观察治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏时间、性满意度、国际勃起功能指数评分和配偶性生活满意度评分变化来评价早泄的治疗效果。结果:与对照组及治疗前相比,治疗组患者IELT显著延长,患者性满意度明显提升,IIEF表中勃起功能指数评分及配偶性生活满意评分均有显著提高,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗过程不良反应轻微。结论:舍曲林联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于早泄治疗,疗效肯定,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of sertraline and tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Method： Selected 94 cases of premature ejaculation in urology,randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was treated with behavior therapy,treatment group was treated with sertraline and tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage.Then observed vaginal ejaculation latency time,sexual satisfaction,international index of erectile function score and a spouse＇s sexual life satisfaction scores before and after the treatments.Result： Compared with control group,ejaculation latency time,sexual satisfaction,international index of erectile function score and a spouse＇s sexual life satisfaction scores were significantly enhanced（P0.05）,only minor side effects could be observed.Conclusion： Effect of sertraline and tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage in the treatment of premature ejaculation has confirmed effects with minor side effects,which is worthy of promoting.
