高血压性脑出血血肿扩大的临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 高血压脑出血系由脑内动脉、静脉或毛细血管破裂引起脑实质内的一种自发性脑血管病,占全部脑卒中的10％-30％，血压性脑出血是非创伤性颅内出血最常见的病因，是高血压导致脑小动脉病变，血压骤升使动脉破裂所致，该病具有高死亡率、高致残率的特性。笔者为了探讨cT成像在观察高血压性脑出血血肿扩大的作用，并分析血肿扩大的发生率、机制，对本院414例高血压性脑出血资料进行收集，其中早期血肿扩大58例，具体汇报如下：
