摘要 破骨细胞生成抑制因子 (OCIF) /骨保护素 (osteoprotegerin ,OPG)是一种新发现的以可溶性蛋白质形式存在的破骨细胞负性调节因子 ,属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员 ,其配基ODF/OPGL被证明是破骨细胞分化因子 ,OCIF/OPG可与其配基结合阻断其配基的信号下传而抑制破骨细胞生成、活化 ,其它骨吸收调节因子可能部分或全部通过调节OCIF/OPG生成而发挥作用。该因子的发现 ,为探讨骨质疏松的发病机制及其预防和治疗提出了新方向。
