SPECT全身骨显像常见伪影分析

Analysis on the common artifacts of the whole--body bone scantigraphy by SPECT

目的：分析骨显像中常见伪影影像特点和产生因素。方法：对本科2002年6月至2009年12月9687例次全身骨显像中出现伪影病例进行分析。结果：在9687例核素显像中1921例图像出现伪影，其中患者因素有关的伪影1025例（占50．3％），放射性药物有关的伪影190例（9．8％），中作人员操作不慎引起的伪影706例（39．9％）。结论：患者尿液污染、体位移动，放射性药物标记率过低，工作人员操作不慎都可能造成图像伪影。要严格各项操作环节、选择合适的对比和灰阶的上下限提供较好的图像减少伪影发生。

Objective：To analyze the image characteristics and reasons of common images artifacts in the bone scantigraphy. Methods： 9687 cases underwent whole--body bone scan between June 2002 and December 2009 in our department were enrolled in this study respectively. Results： 1921 cases with artifacts in bone scan were detected in 9687 cases, 1025 cases （50.3%） were caused by patients themselves,190 cases （9.8%） were caused by the relevant radioactive drugs, and 706 cases （39.9%） caused by the staff work carelessly. Conclusion： Patients urine pollution,body shift,low mark rate of radioactive drugs, staff careless operation might cause the image artifacts. To strictly each operation link,choose appropriate contrast and gray- scale upper to provide a quality good image could reduce the artifacts in bone scan.
