成绩自控管理模式在护理教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨成绩自控管理模式对护理学生学习的促进作用。方法:随机选取我院护理专业2010级两个高职班作为研究对象,一班为实验组,另一班为对照组。在护理教学中,对照组采用传统模式,实验组采用成绩自控管理模式。通过一个学期的实验,分析成绩自控管理模式的应用对学生学习的促进作用。结果:实验组学生的综合表现成绩、护理技术操作成绩、期末卷面理论考试成绩显著高于对照组(均P〈0.05);实验组学生的考勤、提交实训报告和实训用物和环境的整理等学习态度显著优于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论:在护理教学中,采取成绩自控管理模式可以增强学生学习的主观能动性,端正学习态度,从而提高学生的学业成绩。 Objective:Discussion on automatic control management mode for nursing students achievement learning. Methods: Randomly selected nursing specialized 2010 level of two vocational courses as the object of study, one class as the experimental group, another class for the control group. In the teaching of nursing,the control group used the traditional mode, the experimental group used the performance control mode. Through a semester of experimental results, analysis of self management model application to students learning. Results:The'experimental group students' com- prehensive performance,nursing technical operation performance, the final volume surface theory examination achievement is significantly higher than that of control group (all P^0. 05) ~ the experimental group students' attendance, submit training reports and training materials and environmental finishing learning at- titudes were significantly better than the control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion: In the teaching of nursing,taking achievement self management mode can enhance students' learning initiative,correct attitude towards learning, so as to improve the academic performance of students.
