探究提肛运动改善直肠癌保肛术后暂时性大便失禁的效果分析

Explore the improvement effect of mention anus exercise on anus temporary fecal incontinence of colorectal cancer surgery

目的：探究直肠癌保肛术的患者在手术之后进行提肛训练对暂时性大便失禁的影响。方法：选取我院患有直肠癌的80例患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组40例，实验组的患者在术前以及术后都给予嘱咐，要做好严格的提肛训练，而对照组的患者则只进行常规的护理，观察两组患者手术后大便失禁的发生率以及大便失禁的时间。结果：实验组术后发生大便失禁的概率为45．4％，对照组的概率是92．7％，两者相比存在显著性差异，有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；同时，实验组失禁的持续时间是（14±0．4）天，对照组是（39±2）天，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于进行直肠癌保肛术的患者在手术之前以及手术之后进行提肛训练，能够显著降低手术之后发生暂时性大便失禁的概率，同时也缩短了大便失禁的持续时间，极大地减轻了患者的病痛，具有艮好的预后积极意义。

Objective：To explore the improvement effect of menlion anus exercise on anus temporary fecal incontinence of colorectal cancer surger- y. Methods：Select 80 patiems with rectal cancer of our hospital, divided them into experimental and contract group, n= 40 cases, patients in the exper- imental group were asked to do the lcvator ani training,contract group of patients were given only routine care. observe the incidence of fecal incomi nence and lasting time of two groups of patients after surgery. Results= The rate of postoperative fecal incontinence of experimental group was 45. 4%, the probability of the contract group was 92.7 ~, comparing the two groups there was a significant difference（P〈0.05） ; Meanwhile, the dura tion of incontinence of the experimental group is （14± 0.4） days,the control group （39 ± 2） days,there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For the rectal cancer surgery patients, levator ani training before surgery and after surgery can significantly reduce the occurrence of tran- sient fecal incontinence after surgery before surgery and after surgery,but also shorten the duration of fecal incontinence,greatly reducing the pain of patient,with a good prognosis positive.
