目的通过对 4例 6枚骨内严重阻生牙导萌的研究 ,探讨骨内严重阻生牙的导萌时机、限度、矫治器的选择等问题。方法手术开窗 ,活动及固定矫治器导萌 ,导萌前后X片比较。结果除一枚因牙合端去除牙瘤 ,导萌正在进行外 ,其余 5枚导萌效果良好。结论借助生长发育的潜力 ,可使倒置牙得到及时矫治 ,骨内阻生牙的导萌限度是很大的 ,导萌矫治器的选择应根据病员的牙颌情况决定 ,对严重骨内阻生牙又处于替牙颌或恒牙萌出不足 ,阻生牙过多的病例 ,采用活动矫治器更为适宜 。

Objective To study artificial eruption limitation and orthopedic machine selection of the seriously impacted tooth. Methods The artificial ruption and orthodpntic of the inverted teeth were treated. ResultsThe extent of the teeth artificial eruption in bone was great. The choice of appliance should be decided according to the condition of occlusion.The move appliance was more suitable in the case that seriously impacted teeth. The patient's cooperation well was very imoprtant for treatment.Conclusion The inverted teeth have a possible with development potential gets suitable treatment in time.
