初一年级学生入学适应与心理健康状况随访分析 被引量:4

Follow-up investigation on mental health and adjustment among grade one junior middle school students

摘要 目的了解初一年级学生入学适应与心理健康的跨时间变化并检验两者之间的因果关系,为了解初一年级学生心理健康及入校适应规律提供依据。方法在入学后第2月及第1学年结束前1个月,分别对海南省国兴中学87名初一学生的心理健康和学校适应水平进行测量。结果学校适应问题在2个时点上总体呈下降趋势,但仅在人际适应方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),前、后测得的学校适应之间无显著相关;心理健康状况在2个时点上总体呈上升趋势,且在过敏倾向、身体症状和冲动3个维度上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),前、后测得的心理健康之间呈正相关。跨时间的相关分析显示,学校适应与心理健康呈正相关。多元回归分析显示,前测的心理健康可预测后测的学校适应和心理健康。结论初一学生心理健康水平在个体身上可能具有跨时间的稳定一致性,且可能作为原因变量影响个体的适应行为。 Objective To investigate the time course change and to test the causality between adjustment to a higher grade school and mental health.Methods Eighty-seven junior middle school frosh completed twice assessment of mental health and school adjustment at two months after entering school and one month before the end of the fist year.Results In general,for school adjustment,the tendency was diminished,the significance difference was only shown in interpersonal adjustment(P0.01),the significance difference were shown in irritability,somatic and impulsiveness(P0.01);time-across correlation analysis indicated that school adjustment previously correlated with mental health.Multiple regression analysis indicated that mental health measured previously was able to predicate the later school adjustment and the later mental health.Conclusion Individuals' mental health might have a nature of time-across consistent stability,and it maybe a causal variable which influences individuals' adjustment behavior.
